Apple cider vinegar weight loss uses: How to take the drink to shed fat

Apple cider vinegar has been cited by experts as helping weight loss.

It has been shown by various studies to be an effective diet drink.

Can apple cider vinegar help you lose weight?

A Japanese study showed that apple cider vinegar helps with weight loss.

Experts at the Central Research Institute in Aichi asked two groups to drink different amounts of apple cider vinegar once a day, and a third control group drank a drink with no apple cider vinegar.

Those who drank apple cider vinegar lost weight, inches around their waist and had a lower BMI.

Another study by Scientists at the Department of Nutrition at Arizona State University found that after taking vinegar the dieters at 200 to 275 calories less per day.

In another piece of research, scientists at Lund University, in Sweden, found very similar results.

They cited: “The results indicate an interesting potential of fermented and pickled products containing acetic acid.”

It is the acetic acid in the apple cider vinegar that is supposed to help dieters feel full.

How much apple cider vinegar do you need to drink? 

The Japanese test found that those who drank more of the drink lost more weight.

Those who drank 30ml of the drink a day lost 3.7lbs.

Those who drank 15 ml saw test subjects lose 2.6lbs, or 1.2kgs.

However, it can be dangerous to have too much apple cider vinegar.

This is because it is acidic, which can cause problems in the body if you have too much.

Vinegar has been found to damage tooth enamel, in some studies causing up to 20 per cent loss of tooth minerals.

It has also been shown to worsen symptoms of gastroparesis, which is common among those with type 1 diabetes.

Another weight loss diet plan includes eating a certain amount of fat. 

Scientists wrote: “It appears that reducing dietary fat intake to less than 30 per cent of total energy intake may facilitate weight loss by reducing total energy intake.”
